Encourage positive self-talk- and become your own support system. Your needs matter, so start meeting them yourself. Don't rely on others.

You may bury the wounds deep inside your heart, but Allah is aware of every injury it has known. A day will come when He will reward you for every second you endured it patiently.


Indeed whatever difficulties Allah tests us with, if we bear it with patience and gratitude, then it will bring nothing but good for us as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “No misfortune or disease befalls a Muslim, no worry or grief or harm or distress – not even a thorn that pricks him – but Allaah will expiate for some of his sins because of that.” (Agreed upon. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5641)

دل کے گہرے زخموں کو آپ دفن کر سکتے ہیں لیکن اللہ اس کے ہر زخم سے واقف ہے۔ ایک دن آئے گا جب وہ آپ کو ہر ایک لمحے کا بدلہ دے گا جسے آپ نے صبر سے برداشت کیا۔ درحقیقت اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں جتنی بھی مشکلات سے آزماتا ہے، اگر ہم اسے صبر اور شکر کے ساتھ برداشت کر لیں تو وہ ہمارے لیے خیر کے سوا کچھ نہیں لائے گی جیسا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’مسلمان کو کوئی مصیبت یا بیماری نہیں آتی۔ نہ کوئی فکر، نہ رنج و غم، نہ تکلیف، حتیٰ کہ کوئی کانٹا بھی نہیں چبھتا، لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی وجہ سے اس کے کچھ گناہوں کا کفارہ بنا دیتا ہے۔ (متفق علیہ۔ صحیح بخاری حدیث نمبر 5641)
