Hey Everyone! I've got an upcoming video to announce!

I'm going back to my roots a bit to tell a story. "The Tale of Shadowheart."

This is going to be the first in a series of videos covering each of the Origin characters and their stories. COMPLETE from start to finish. And if you all enjoy them as they come out we could certainly expand to more notable characters too.

It's going to be a chronological narrative as well, so here we're starting back when she was known as Jenevelle Hallowleaf, ending at the climactic moment in the Cloister of Sombre Embrace as Shadowheart, and touching on EVERYTHING in between.

While this might be familiar territory for me given that I started this channel being much more of a story teller, I'm going all in on this one and can't wait to try new things in my approach. Not sure when this one will go live but expect it soon-ish!

Hey Everyone. I wanted to address the sponsor on my most recent video.

It's very clear to me that many of you are disappointed, confused, or both concerning my promotion of TEMU in the Bard video. The last thing I want is for all of you to feel like I'm not considering the thoughts of my viewers when making decisions regarding sponsors like this, but I think that was the case here and I'd like to apologize.

As many of you probably know, placing sponsorships on videos that take this much time and effort to make is the most viable way to continue being able to create them. That being said, I didn't think carefully enough about what it REALLY means to place a brand on this channel.

Accepting an offer from TEMU meant I was, by extension, endorsing them as a company beyond the song and dance of giving them their segment in my video. The reality is that they HEAVILY take advantage of brutal and exploitative working conditions, as well as undercut smaller storefronts through these practices. Not okay. There wasn't enough background research done this time, and that's on me.

There will NOT be any more TEMU ads on the channel going forward, that's an easy decision. But further, I've learned a big lesson from this one and will make sure to do my due diligence when being approached by brands in the future.
