My personal healing journey through chronic pain led me to Yoga Nidra, and became the inspiration behind my program, Journey into Wisdom.
Yoga Nidra guided me to the psychosomatic causes of stress in my body, and reconnected me to the inner knowing of my soul.
When emotions are too painful to process then parts of ourselves stay frozen in the past. This can manifest as patterns of anxiety, depression and chronic pain.
We may feel a sense of disconnection or separation from our intuition and inner knowing - the part of ourselves that makes us feel alive.
