Beyond the Strike Seminar brought together an incredible community from almost 30 countries, provinces, and states. Thank you to the dedicated group of participants. ❤️

A very important element of strikes has been mastered – elimination of the fear of being hit. The setting was absolutely calm and positive. The participants practiced moving naturally, taking strikes in a relaxed way, calibrating the impact as needed, and integrating the healing element of strikes. 👊

Thank you to Vladimir, for teaching another outstanding event, to our guest instructors, Cristian Isbasescu and Tommy Floyd, for their excellent classes, and to all Systema friends who joined us for the training and celebrations! 🙌
