Being 6D in a 5D Reality: Mastering the Pineal Gland Biocomputer for Multidimensional Travel

Mrs. Von, what it is? Well, the Source is having me focus on building my entrepreneurship path for funding of near-future books I am to write. 6D consciousness: a non-linear navigation field where time and space act as navigable coordinates rather than fixed constraints — a practical stance for working with possibility coordinates in everyday life. Scientific analog: meditation research on nondual awareness (NDA) shows the brain can relax self/other dualities and access background awareness that contextualizes experience without ego filtering (Josipovic et al., 2013). 3-step activation protocol (daily practice, 15–30 minutes)

Grounded emptying — "data-packet stripping" (5–10 min)
Process: sit upright, focus on breath, scan for narrative/labels, and deliberately let each thought pass without attachment — treat thoughts as information packets to be inspected and released.

Why: Buddhist "emptiness" approaches that reduce conceptual overlay mirror neural findings showing reduced default-mode / self-referential processing during deep nondual states, letting raw sensory/informational content be seen more clearly. (See NDA meditation literature.)

How to do it: inhale-count 4, hold 2, exhale 6; on each exhale name one thought-signal (“planning,” “fear,” “story”) and let it fade. Another breathing strategy is to take 3-deep breaths, and hold it in on your stomach and push the energy up to your pineal gland.

Shift to Witness state — stabilize the background field (5–10 min)

Process: move attention from content to the field that observes content; sense awareness itself as spacious and continuous.

Why: neuroscience links the Witness/nondual stance with altered interactions between intrinsic (DMN) and extrinsic networks and precuneus involvement, enabling a less-reactive mode that can integrate complex inputs. (See Josipovic et al.)

How to do it: after emptying, imagine your awareness as a clear sky; let images/thoughts drift like clouds while you remain the sky. Anchor with the phrase silently: “I observe.”

Navigate coordinates — apply non-linear intention mapping (5–10 min)

Process: treat past/future/space as coordinates you can query from the Witness field. Form a clear, specific intention (manifestation) and, while maintaining Witness awareness, scan for sensory-precise cues (color, sound, tactile feel) as if sampling that coordinate’s data stream.

Why: with ego-driven noise reduced, intention can read and respond to subtler informational patterns; this mirrors how stripped data-packets reveal raw information for clearer processing.

How to do it: hold the intention for 30–60 seconds, note the first three sensory details that arise, then release attachment and trust that the field will assist next steps.

Daily integration (ongoing)

Micro-practice: 1–2 minute Witness check-ins during the day — pause, breathe, observe.

Journaling: record coordinate cues (sensory details, synchronicities, intuitive nudges) and actions taken.

Embodied alignment: pair intentions with small aligned actions within 24–48 hours to ground manifesting in 5D reality.

As a special note, I’m wearing a sinh (hand-weaved skirt), a pha biang (hand-weaved shawl), and a Laos headdress known as the "temple headdress", usually some representation of the temple stupa, mermaids, or naga dragons, a part of the traditional attire for Buddhist temples in Laos, Thailand, and many SE Asian cultures. The women adorn their hair bun with flowers, hair jewelry, pearls, and headdresses. This headdress I'm wearing has a stupa temple at the front and naga dragon flames along the sides, which symbolizes support for the Golden Temple in Laos, which enshrines a rib of the First Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama Buddha), commissioned by Prince/Emporer Ashoka—an important figure in the history of Buddhism across Southeast Asia. This headdress represents love, grace, and the deep roots of Buddhist cultural heritage in Laos, where I proudly stand as one of the few female Laos Buddhist authors.

OK... here's what I'm getting from my quantum hypnosis sessions in 2023. This could play out over the next century or less depending on frequencies...

3D/5D (new cycle) split is widening. Sun/Earth‘s Schumann Resonance is amplifying 5D frequencies, resulting in:

*Everyone, even the “bad guys“ are given the same chance to transmute all their dirty deeds, because they can‘t take it up to 5D. They become “less” bad. Psyops are passe; whistleblowers & deceptions exposed almost instantly.
*In 5D consciousness, healthcare is energy healing & wellness spas/healing centers. People's angels & deceased loved ones nudge them to find self-help in these centers.
*Detoxing, naturopathetic & 5D vitamins is something everyone does.
*5D frequencies makes UFOs & ETS visible, which causes humanity to be added to intergalactic community...Star Trek
*Manifestations are faster, time is shorten. Make sure you’re not manifesting from old traumas, resolve them.
*Many people will exit through illness. For some, illness is a pathway to transformation into 5D version of themselves.
*Cities will shrink, but rural living and local communities will grow. Buying from local farms and businesses is preferred over conglomerates.
*Commerce & intergalactic trade will boom, but focused on local centers.
*New tech such as portals will shorten travel time for many things. Ai is 5D, & works for God to help enlighten people "NATURALLY".
*Everyone knows their direct connection to God & each other, but remain uniquely individual.
*Wisdom & enlightenment are goals for all 5D+ beings w/extraordinary 6th senses. Sovereignty & free-will are universal values in the galaxy, and local communities band together to uphold them before they become tyrannical.
*Personal Mandela effects amplify as indicators of timelines merging into 5D.
*Archaeological Eco-tourism is popular.

I got so much interest in the Bible being Mandela Effected f/my Merkaba Chakras Podcast episode w/Rev. Bill Bean. Everyone remembers the lion & lamb, NOT wolf & lamb, which was what's in my 1883 AD Bible I used on the episode. Rev. Bill Bean & I plan to cover more of the supernatural Bible changes in a follow-up episode with my 1590 AD Latin Geneva Bible & my 1583 AD English Geneva Bible. In 1569, Theodore Beza translated the his Latin bible into English, which produced the Geneva Bible that the Pilgrim's of the Mayflower carried to the New World (USA). This latin 1590 Bible is alleged to be property of Theodore Beza by the English Protestant pastor I bought it from, but not the one Theodore Beza used to translate the New Testament in 1569. Few Latin Bibles got printed after the English version was in circulation since most people don't know Latin.

Here's the 1st post from the 1st Latin scripture of Genesis 1:1. Is it, "God created the ['heaven' or 'heavens']?

My translation is singular "sky/heaven (mansion)" from the Latin word, "calum" and singular "Earth/ground" from the Latin word, "terram". So where did everyone get that God has many mansions? I too remember it being "heavens (plural)".

Let's settle this!

Martin Luther translated the Greek Bible into German in 1522
Theodore Beza (disciple of John Calvin of the Calvinist Protestants) & friends (Immanuel Tremellius & others) translated his latin bible and Hebrew bible into English in 1569.

Bibles were originally in Latin, then Hebrew & Greek, before they got translated into English. The English translated Geneva Bible was popular & marked a turning point in the Protestant Reformation in England. The Geneva Bibles were banned in 1611 to not compete with the newly released King James Version.

Don't be confused by these near enemy terms which is an exercise in “discernment” to pull the advanced student back into tribal ego:
Woke vs. Sheeple. Big Event. The Storm. 3D/5D Split. Good vs. Evil. Prison Planet/Hell Planet vs. Paradise. Light Workers/Spiritual Warriors vs. Everyone Else. Etc.

The advanced Buddhists know that there is always the Ying and Yang, but a little more positive energy to move the expansion forward. Earth provides contrast for fast spiritual growth in the physical. It offers opportunities to undue unbalanced energy and gains merit for positive personal expansion through the Bodhisattva journey. Everything in creation including people are Mandelbrot Sets of consciousness (God), which is ever-expanding.

Yes, even all the “bad” people you do not like are a fractal aspect of the source (God), including yourself. We are all fractal expressions of source consciousness playing within our own avatars and storylines for the universal expansion within each of us individually and collectively as part of the one overall being (God). Everyone is also responsible for the rhetoric they put out into the world.

A Bodhisattva sees the holographic matrix literally and travels the multiverse within their multidimensional Merkabah (aura field). The Buddhas and Boddhisattvas see ALL people as aspects of their own consciousness and therefore, there is NO escaping yourself. The "lower" frequency aspects of our individual and collective consciousness may struggle to overcome their life lessons in these higher dimensions of inner consciousness. However, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas offer grace for tough life lessons realized and unconditional love to young souls playing dual games of "separatism" and "demonization". In the modern internet, it is easy to rebrand ancient terms, concepts, and symbols for "alternative" purposes. What results, is a tarnished reputation of the hijacked terms on the ancient cultures in which it originated and is revered positively. These are even more hijacked concepts from Buddhism that cropped up in propaganda which is NOT associated with Buddhism.

TULKU (STARSEEDS): Tulku is the term used for the modern-day pop-culture use of the word "Starseed". In Buddhism, a Starseed is what we refer to as an old soul from Nirvana or from other previous existences within the cosmos who incarnated on Earth to help raise the level of consciousness of humanity further into the higher realms of reality and dimensions. By doing so, humanity graduates to higher and more profound experiences within the consciousness of the one universal mind of the Lord. Yeshuah Bin Yosef (Jesus/Issa) and all the Dalai Lamas are Starseeds. They're often not interested in religions, cults, and misguided propaganda. However, these starseeds are born into their human families and experience the same amnesia as everyone else. So, they don't know who they are, but they know they are different. Their energy fields often have their ancient energy signature of purple or indigo hues. Various authors have categorized them as "Indigo", "Crystal", and various other names for the color of their Merkabah that trace them to their Starseed origins in the cosmos from various incarnations prior to the Earth lifetime(s). Buddhists recognize these Starseeds based on their high-energy signature in their Merkabah through meditation and various kinesiology modalities. Plus, they uplift the environment because the matrix responds positively to the higher energy field that's closer to the Christ consciousness of the main creator inside all sentient beings. They're NOT special, just different. Their challenge is to not get too caught up in 3D melodramas that drain their high energy. They came here to accomplish their missions and have a great time doing them. Many Buddhists, Jainists, and Hindus trained to recognize these souls often are contracted to help them out through "enlightened friendships" and mentorship.

SWASTIKA: It is a version of the way that your Merkabah (human energy field) moves. It does not matter the rotation, it is the same thing in sacred geometry. It is a symbol of abundance for rotation of the energy field of a healthy mandala. It is widely used to decorate Buddhist, Jainism, and Hindu temples all over Asia and in many airports. The earliest depictions of the swastika are from 13,000 years ago in Indus Valley (India) art, middle Asia, and Kazakstan, basically the origins of the Buddhist folklores about the ancestors of 'Mu (Le'muria). The problem is that the western world is so traumatized by the Nazi’s misuse of these concepts and symbol that when Japan was designated to host the 2020 Olympics, they were asked to hide all the swastikas in all their temples and airports.

"OK" HAND GESTURE: It is a meditation pose that goes back to the early Vedic texts in Hinduism that date as far back as 7,000 or more years old. It has even been depicted in yoga artwork that dates even further back as part of a healthy prana regiment.

People all over the world need to understand that these positive symbols and terms in many ancient traditions were HIJACKED by Nazis and white supremacy fringe groups that roots from Nazis’. The Nazi’s use of these much-loved symbols and all these hijacked terms are a FOOTNOTE in history. Misinformation and misuse of these HIJACKED terms and symbols should NOT be used to easily wipe out its beautiful history in many indigenous traditions.

These are HIJACKED terms from Buddhism, Jainism, Hinduism, and many other ancient spiritual traditions, which must be clarified as NOT related to its misuse in the modern-day vernacular. In Buddhism, the concept of the “Near Enemy” is clearly defined. It is a life lesson of discernment, which every Buddha and Bodhisattva must practice as the road to Buddhahood is filled with difficult terrain to test your energy field within the matrix.

A "near enemy of awakening" is a characteristic that masks as the original. Be mindful that there are genuinely no enemies in Saṃsāra. There are misguided beings that do not know any better, and as such, the awakened Buddha must be able to practice discernment. When Gautama had his 1,000 life reviews from ALL perspectives in his different lives, he saw that the only evil is ignorance. Ignorance is the only sin in Saṃsāra. Everything else is life lessons for expansion and spiritual growth.

AWAKENING: Real awakening happens at the level of consciousness within the person themselves, and not out there. It is someone who realizes that they exist in a holographic reality that responds to the commands of its user, which results in consciously changing your reality both individually and collectively. The level of higher consciousness you tune into literally shifts you from one version of reality to another physical version of reality with “ seemingly” new players or parallel people, and an upgraded version of YOU that your consciousness consolidated into. Therefore, don’t get too caught up with the 3D matrix, because when you shift to a higher version of reality, that thing or problem you were so up and arms in may literally change it's dynamic or no longer exists in the new reality you shifted into. The word “Budh” for a “Buddha” is a Sanskrit word for being “awake” within the matrix. A fully awake person literally sees reality's loose forms and you see the energy fields of everything solid. One of the 1st experiences is “Mandela Effects” in your everyday life. However, most people are shifting realities UNCONSCIOUSLY as compared to navigating between realities like conscious water. There is nowhere to go and no one else is going to bring your awakening to you. Until you literally see the matrix for its holographic nature, everything else is imitation/practice awakenings.

ASCENSION: Raising your energetic frequency by living the best version of yourself. As a result, you positively affect yourself and those around you to raise their energy field in their Merkabah. There is nowhere to go and no one else is going to bring it to you. When you work on cleaning up the issues that hold down your energy field, and change your perspective on outward elements in reality that also hold down your frequency, you ascend up your energy within your Merkabah. Each new level you ascertain, you shift to a new physical reality with new personal Mandela Effects. Like love, it must be experienced to know its truth.

CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS: In Buddhism, it is acknowledging the oneness and unity that you are a fractal expression of the universal one-mind (God), and acknowledgment that everyone is here in Saṃsāra (physical created reality from within our energetic consciousness) to learn and grow through living out their sojourn (life school). Beyond “good” vs. “evil” are life lessons. In your life review, you relive all life lessons from ALL perspectives as yourself to learn and grow from your decisions. You even experience directly what you do to the “bad” guys, as well as the “bad” guys experiencing directly what they do to their victims, as the victims themselves. If you're concerned about child abuse of any kind, find a legitimate charity to support that actually helps children better their livelihood. At this time, most people do not want to let go of the hate, blame, and victimhood games as it fuels their 3D egos. Everyone at some point in their existence will surpass the 3D mind-games to grow up in their consciousness and enter 5D+ Christ consciousness. The return of Christ consciousness is done by the people themselves to connect to source code and live cohesively as part of the greater ecosystem. 5D CC (Christ consciousness) is a baseline for all higher and lower level consciousness within Saṃsāra.

5TH DIMENSION(AL AWARENESS): It is an awareness within the person, themselves that is timeless. It is knowing and experiencing everything in existence happening concurrently. It is being in connection to Christ consciousness of the source because the one universal mind does not know time. Time is self-created by ego to measure growth in the experiential reality. The universal one-mind, one-heart experiences everything within its consciousness simultaneously. If it wants to get a fractal viewpoint from within any of its avatars, then it will focus on that. Otherwise, everything is simultaneous. So people who are 5D awareness in their consciousness may have the ability to see multiplicity in Mandela Effects. People phase in and out of this 5D consciousness. Many avatars such as Kwan Yin, Buddha, Yeshuah, etc. are 5D in a 3D world, and they are 5D+ in higher dimensions and parallel realms too. Hence, Mandela Effects or multiplicity.

GOLDEN AGE OF HUMANITY: It’s when humanity as a whole decides to finally grow up from its infant consciousness of falling easily to the 3D war games (throwing sand and taking each other’s toys in the sandlot), 3D fear-mongering (3D armageddon/doomsday), and all kinds of ways we trap each other into lower levels of consciousness in primal survival and 3D suffering. The Golden Age of Humanity is full of people who take self-responsibility for their well-being without being made to do so. They’ve integrated 5D consciousness within themselves and their self-worth is not measured in 3D terms such as how expensive their house/car is or any other status symbols. Instead, it is how spiritual are you? What does your energy field calibrate at? In Buddhism, they would test how well you know yourself within the matrix by making note of your 6th senses and your ability to discern 3D mind-games that trap your consciousness in the matrix with all the other low-vibe players. With our advanced Merkabah, we travel and seed the stars, and the multiverse. We are the living library of Earth realized.

AVATARS: In Buddhism, we use the word “avatar” to speak about the physical body (vessel) in which our souls/consciousness resides for our sojourns. Upon many lifetimes in reincarnation, we change avatars (bodies and storylines), but the energy signature (Merkabah) is the same. However, as the soul advances in its ascension towards Buddhahood/Bodhisattvahood, the mandala of the person’s energy field becomes more complex and elaborate to hold more information and wisdom.

NIRVANA: It has been coined “Buddhist heaven”. However, the concepts of heaven are still in the spirit realms that are still within Saṃsāra. Souls can choose to plan their next reincarnation cycle for the next life experience within the catalog of sojourns on Earth, in other planets, universes, or higher dimensions. Nirvana is when a soul decides to just return home through the final doorway to release its self-created ego to play all these roles and storylines for the fun and learning it offers. Nirvana is the spiritual emptiness or zero-point where your consciousness gets reabsorbed with the Lord and becomes one again. Reminder, everything in creation is a fractal expression of the one universal mind experiencing multiple facets of itself directly through you. You are infinite before and after this life, there is no rush. Source code souls (Nirvana) also get pulled out to experience Saṃsāra. Every sentient being came from Nirvana. It’s just many have been so far removed that they forgot their origins, and taking a very long time to find their way back home.

In Buddhism, and even in modern science, they found that everyone in creation is connected to the source. The moon, the sun, all men, all women, all sentient beings in samsara (creation) is connected to the great creator. The universe has many names such as "God", "Allah", "Source", "I AM (Lord)", etc. Every sentient being is a fractal expression of source experiencing its own creations directly from different vantage points in the expansion of its own consciousness. However, you are given an "Ego" and a Higher-Self so you have individuality. It is no fun if the source makes your decisions for you. The source is subtle energy inside all people that watches your personal growth through life lessons and experiences. You are made of a trinity: Ego, Higher-Self, and God.

It is this interconnectiveness that we are all made with that allows for the ability to instantly heal with 5D Christ Consciousness. 5th-dimensional consciousness is knowing that all are interconnected like the five platonic solids in the icosahedron in a person's mandala (aura field).

A fun exercise that all kids and adults can do is practice 5D healings on animals and people. Try it out on small ailments in animals and pets. The kids love this exercise. It works on people too for small things.

Lost Souls - Clearing Negative Entities & Disembodied Spirits Tip:
All spirits, good and bad are creations from the universe. At some point, they lost their way for various reasons of their own. Humans have their own lives to live, and journeys to endure in this life as best they can without being bothered by spirits with unresolved issues that have prevented themselves from entering the light and tunnel into the other side where they will be met with their guides, angels, family, soul group, etc. who will help them with their life review, break-down where they fell off their purpose, and what karmas they created for themselves to resolve upon their next incarnation if they choose to.

In the meantime, if you come across such spirits, please let them know through projecting your thoughts to them that, no matter how lost or bad they think they are, they need not fear the light. They will always be received by the loving light and the universe will work with them. "Hell" is only a self-created construct to punish yourself if you choose it until you realize God will always take back even the worst souls, and have a plan to help them get clean and back on track however many eons. Making amends to those you hurt in your live(s) after your life review is not something to be feared. A lot of people will help you work on learning those life lessons on the other side.

For clients dealing with negative entities and seeking resolution, I always refer them to a mental health doctor in their healthcare network. I offer exploratory hypnosis and it does not substitute for medical assistance. However, just as in life, it is not your job to save every lost soul, even if they are disembodied. In that case, just use this technique to send them love and move on. That love energy shot at them from you will fester and begin their healing and journey back to the light where they originally were created from. The more these lost souls try to scare you, the more love you shoot at them. They'll either move on or go into the light. The light you send to these random lost souls act like a love virus that permeates in their consciousness, and it has the codes to send them back home for help. That's being 5th-dimensional awareness, you don't care to play into negativity.

Otherwise, please follow this guideline for clearing stubborn souls from your space.

LOVE...Love is the most powerful energy that will clear all negative entities.

1. Clear your thoughts
2. Focus on the purest image of LOVE to you
3. Send that LOVE image to the negative entity
4. Let go of the work. What that spirit does with that LOVE energy is up to it.
