I wanted to update everyone on the "Super Duper 8000th Video Extravaganza"! The video is done and I'm doing some final editing. It is about 1.5 hrs. long and filled with a mix of channel stats, past video archives and a bonding emotional time with Butch and I. I figured if I gave you all a sneak peak at the thumbnail, you will see who shows up in the video. You can't see Butch and Chico because they want a square image! To make this official I want it to be the exact 8000th video and I'm currently at 7997. This video will appear either Tue. or Wed. I was hoping to release it on a Saturday, but I have a bunch of Vintage Paas Easter Egg Kits I need to get done this year. I hope you can all stop by and watch the video.

It has been a long time since I have posted here! I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm about 21 videos away from my goal of 8,000! Here are a list of things I'm working towards in regards to goals and also what my plan is going forward.

1. 4 or 5 maker sets have been added to my list of things to get done.

2. I started a new series for the Yum Yum! Baking Oven.

3. I have 6 videos to complete the handheld bin!

4. I should reach my 8000 video goal in March. What should I do to celebrate with all of you?

5. I did open memberships for the channel to get more direct feedback. I have taken some of the membership content and incorporated it into other video so if you are not a member you will eventually still see most of the content. I will also use it as back-up content, if life things happen and I need to upload a video.

6. I started taking videos in thrift stores and when I'm out shopping which will start in the membership area and eventually go live to the public. This is all new for me and I want to get some practice in.

7. The Bop It! videos are still going on and I'm working from the first Bop It! to the most current one.

8. I have one more set to complete for the Fashion Angels 100% Extra Small Easy Peasy Mini Kits - The last kit Is Taco Dinner - This series started in 2019! The one issue is I did a video of the sushi kit and it is missing from the channel. I might have to re-buy that just to complete the series.

9. Vintage! I have a bunch of items I have put on the back burner, but I will be getting back to the older games and toys which I have in my collection.

I mentioned in the last video that the powers that be have been flagging new and old videos. Believe it or not even videos from 2010. Like this one from 2010 - a .37 second video. Plus many others. I mentioned in the most recent upload today, that the channel is and was about selling what I show in the video. This one was an "item" that I sold on a video from 2010. This does not fit the criteria for marketing and targeting "young people" You see what I'm up against? Based on everything I have read these are what they do not want; animation, "young persons in the video" catchy songs, group playtime, skits, sound effects, "young person" music, actors, dress-up, costumes, and "young person" characters are channels trying to attract kids to the channel. To say this video does that really shows they are using AI in a way that does not even translate to the actual law. I tried to "Appeal" this and many videos and the response once I submit it can be with-in less then a minute. SO, and a big SO, my guess is the AI also looks at the "Appeal" when I thought it was a human. If it is a human, then maybe they have an agenda? Can you trust them? In all fairness with the 20 I tried to appeal so far, 2 were reversed. I can't get a sense or feel of why or the reasoning. It is spiritic at best. I can't figure out a formula for the appeal. I went channel hunting for channels I know use animation and characters, sound effects and music and the videos I watched were not set to Made for "Young People"

I do not even use the word "t "OH" y" in titles, keywords or even in the description. I use no keywords like that at all, so it is not looking at the keywords. I also rarely say the word "t "OH" y" when speaking in videos and instead use the word "item" or "product" in videos. I also do not use the word "khid" or chylde" or anything to attract that traffic to my videos. So that is not the case.

With all that said, if you really need to contact me, use this page. It looks like they have not taken away my community tab yet, and if you see new videos as set for "Made for Khids" and you can't comment, that is why.

I wanted to say a quick hello to everyone before Thanksgiving! There will be a 1 hour video tomorrow as I work through a very interesting musical Rube Goldberg style building set. I show most of the fails and then when I was about to give up, I had a success! I hope you can find the time to watch it and see what it takes to get it to work. Hey everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have been waiting to post here about my new Tik Tok account until I had some content uploaded on that platform. My initial reason for creating the account was because there have been "fake" accounts set-up under Lucky Penny Shop. Others have been taking my YouTube videos and posting them there. I wanted to make sure we made our presence known that there is an "Official" Lucky Penny Shop.

I will be making shorter videos of my inventory, tools and other behind the scenes content that has never made it to YouTube. I will also be giving updates on new videos with bonus material. Hello! Thanks for taking the time to read this. I have a video about to go live, but it is REALLY long, about 1 hr 40 mins to be exact. I know many of you love the long content, but this is "THE" longest video in my over 7000 videos.


The back story is it took me over 3 years to find this 1967 maker set and they usually sell for between $200 and $250! This one WAS mint and sealed and now of course I have the video to share with all of you. (No longer mint and sealed! I wonder if the collectors will be mad at me or happy that I show it in action.)


I have a lot of time invested just to get it in my collection. It was rather expensive! I purchased it over 8 months ago. I made sure to cover every aspect of this very rare and hard to find set. Hence why it is such a long video.


Have I hyped it up enough? :) I'm asking for a BIG favor... If you do start watching it, please try and let it play through. If you walk away from the screen, try and come back and finish watching. If you watch for a short time it will not gain much traction on YouTube and it will not do well for the channel. Anything you can do to promote it, share it, and or give the video a thumbs up might help it gain some traction on YouTube. I appreciate all of you!

Hello everyone! Today is a special day for the Lucky Penny Shop! It is our 10 year anniversary!!!!! Butch and I will be broadcasting on a Live Stream at approximately 6:00 P.M. C.S.T! Tonight! There are a few little things to work on, like the almost 10 second delay that YouTube has with Live Streaming, but other then that we are ready to go! We have enlisted Alyse as our reader of comments and responding to everyone in chat! Time to look back at some early videos and reminisce about our time together. All goes well, we are looking for a 15 minute live feed for our first time together LIVE~!
