My name is Rocio Jimenez and I am the proud owner and Artist behind Sparkling Punk. I grew up in Northern California where there’s a rich culture of embracing the fun and fantasy of Halloween with elaborate decorations, costuming, and scares. This inspired my love of cosplay and FX makeup, which in turn has influenced my work. Following in the footsteps of other California Chicana businesswomen, I’ve embraced those Halloween and witchy vibes and celebrate them year-round—a tradition I wanted to bring to my new home in Austin.
I draw and create Halloween and witchy products for year-round enjoyment because it’s not just a holiday, it’s a lifestyle.
My products start as either hand-made wearables or original artwork applied to acrylic and enamel pins, stickers, jewelry, and stationery inspired by fashion/costuming, my favorite childhood theme parks, and the Halloween community—all designed to bring a little Halloween magic to everyday life.

I know I haven't posted a YouTube video in forever, but fun Fact I have recorded A LOT of content this past year, but just haven't had time to edit it. I decided to focus more on making products then filming and then I kinda have been having a rough year since Easter with my personal life, so it's been a wild Rollercoaster. So if you see me posting Vlogs from April of this year at some point that is why. 😅
