In this week's video, it's a Bank Holiday, Mrs Elvis hits 123,000 kilometres on the clock, there's horses, a naughty donkey (Autumn), howling doggy (Eddie), new ponies (Tommy & Squiggle), stunning island scenery, classic cars, lots of driving and, of course, RAIN!!!!

I'm in Southampton this weekend to see Buddy the musical THREE TIMES!! 🎶🎭👓

Fun Fact: Actual Buddy Holly played at the Mayflower Theatre with The Crickets in March 1958 when it was called The Gaumont.

Mrs Elvis is back on the isle patiently waiting my return!!

Hello everybody!

We are well into May now and the longer days are very welcome!!

I hope you are all enjoying some outdoor time!!

This week's video documents my birthday trip to Derbyshire including CAMPING! Yay!!

I'm now closer to 60 than 50 and I'm grateful for life, health and happiness.

We had a lovely visit with family and took "Mrs Elvis" to Carsington Water Caravan and Motorhome Club site for a couple of nights.

Lots of fun taking part in the "Ay Up Me Duck" sculpture trail which finished in a historic place connected to ELVIS!!

Lots of pub lunches and fish & chips, of course!!

Hello everybody!

Today marks exactly one year since "Mrs Elvis" came into my life and became my new obsession!

I never expected to love her so much that I would give up driving my car entirely!! I just adore pootling around the island sat up high, whether it's taking the dogs out, going to the Donkey Sanctuary or the Wildheart, theatre trips, visiting friends or even just getting those chores done!!

Camping trips with the four pooches are the primary reason I got her and I am excited about those this year! Last year, camping was curtailed a little due to a bad back, hot weather and little Holly's knee surgery!

Another thing I didn't foresee was setting up my YouTube channel, documenting life with "Mrs Elvis" and discovering the whole vanlife community!!

I currently have 1,046 subscribers which is AMAZING! You are AMAZING!!

A new daily drive video goes live tomorrow, as usual! There's also an extra video on Sunday documenting a little mishap!!
