Neutralizing solution is baking soda mixed with water. I never measure I just pour a generous amount of baking soda into water and mix.

When you apply to your face be careful to avoid the sensitive and delicate area around the eyes. Occassionally I will apply it under my eyes, but I will apply it with one minute left on the timer and neutralize that area first.

After I neutralize my face, neck and chest, I rinse with cool water to make sure everything is neutralized and to remove the baking soda from my skin.

The day your skin will be tight and glowing! It can be addictive if you do it properly. Do NOT leave solution on too long! 30 seconds to a minute can make a HUGE difference and it’s not pleasant. The longest I’ve ever left it on was 4 minutes. ❤️
