I don't think you guys have a clue about the "who makes better music: girls or boys groups?" argument. First of all, quality of music is not based on gender of a person. (I know, a Captain Obvious moment.) I think everyone who listens to music knows that part to be true. I do believe this question is completely stemmed off of the "if you're either a girl group stan or boy group stan" war that the Internet made worse. Look, if someone as a gripe with either girl or boy groups, that's their gripe to deal with. Preference does not equal the lack of quality of something someone may either not have experience for or a liking towards. Preference means exactly what the word says. People are free to like what they like. Secondly, even someone with a preference is able to find good music pretty much anywhere. It's something I like to call "trying something new," which most people are terrified of doing with the fear of finding something "bad." Bad or lacking of quality things are going to pop up. That's just the world of art. However, that doesn't mean that a person can't be afraid of trying again. Remember when your parents had you try new foods as a toddler? A buffet is a giant tray of choice. At least you're not having it shoved down your throat. For the love of god, how do you know that you don't like something if you never grasped at it before?

I know you're more than aware that Trump got us stuck in another war with the Middle East for another God-knows-how-many-th time. That does not give you the right to recommend me clips from the movie that traumatized my anti-racist self in 10th grade history class. My advice, how about you have that movie banned from this platform or something so I can at least use your platform to temporarily escape thew news when I don't feel like being reminded of it during the work days?

Hi, everyone. I owe a huge explanation here. Truth is, I have my Best List ready to be made. However, as I was working on it, CapCut, a stupid app I was using to make my videos in the first place decided it was gonna full crapshoot on me (as in "fuck you, creators, you can't do anything fun unless you pay for it") so I had to make smaller videos to compensate. I have updated my computer and found better video making software that will actually do the things I want it to do, so I will be on a roll with finally getting the Best list to form. The worst list is still in progress and I may have to do this in a different format that usual, but I hope you guys are still looking forward to it. Again, I am so sorry for the wait.

I think about NewJeans often. Not that I was a super fan of them or anything, but there's this deep pit in my stomach that contains all the guilt and shame I feel for how their story went down. As everyone knows, I'm very much on the side for victims of child abuse, grooming, etc. It is very rare that I don't side with children when it comes to being in the entertainment industry. However, in the case of NewJeans, there comes a point where you can tell the girls were too far gone in their manipulated states. In truth, Min Heejin snatched them while they were young, and they were programmed to be brainwashed before Attention even dropped. We tried to warn and protect them too late, and that's what sucked about their legal dispute the most. You can only do so much to support the real victims until you yourself realize they don't want saving until they themselves hit rock bottom. I really hope therapy gets to each of them soon. Even after all the shit that went down and all the wrong the girls did, too, I want nothing more than to start climbing out of that rock bottom again. I'm not even angry anymore. I'm just tired and disappointed. If you're looking for any more reasons for why children should not be bothering with working in this type of industry, this story should be the biggest red flag (other than the obvious cases of pedophilia of course.)
