And that’s not all, because by staying fit and healthy you can look forward to many years of living your life to the hilt!
So here is my approach to fitness.
Science, Sanity and Strength.

Today, a story from my viewer @dolphinsandbeer:
"I have tried "regular" jogging at various times in my life and I have to confess, I did not enjoy it at all. Plus I would always end up aggravating my old ankle injuries and having to quit by necessity. I started the "slow" version about 8 months ago and am now utterly, happily addicted. It turns out that strenuous exercise is not for me. My ankle is fine, my health and fitness have improved drastically, and most importantly exercise has become a pleasure rather than a chore."
And I totally get it. I was never a fan of "regular" jogging, either. But trust me and all my viewers that have tried slow jogging. It's really different. And once you give it a try, you're very likely to stick to it like us LOL.

What’s the most difficult part of the method to practice?
It’s not Radio Taiso, animal movements, isometrics, planks or even horse stance.

From the Graduation Handbook. This is the kind of thinking that keeps you out of trouble:
"Stick to the method because I experimented on myself, so you don’t have to.
"Err on the side of caution (it’s always okay to scale down) and remember this critical test: how do you feel at the end?
"Energised, or drained? If you feel drained you crossed the invisible line.
"Now here’s the tricky part. If you feel great, you’ll be tempted to do more. Just a bit more. Just a bit harder. Just a bit longer.
"Don’t."

Today, a story from my viewer @lana7422:
"Have been following you and other similar channels for a while now and here are my results: 79 years old, female, can Asian squat (now) and balance 45 seconds on dominant leg, 40 seconds on non-dominant leg without much moving around. Could not do Asian squat several months ago or balance more than 8 seconds on either leg. I live in an apartment and can't jump or do vigorous exercises inside but have managed to work on flexibility and mobility for several months now instead of just walking and my results are showing major leaps forward. Thanks for all you do for helping us gain better health and keep our weight in check. Also, I sleep much better too."
