Pic for attention. Y’all. I have been in an absolute funk for the past few years. It’s been crazy. BUT. I am barreling towards 100k which once wasn’t even on my radar. Then it became a possibility. Then it became probable. And now it is imminent. There’s no way I could have predicted what ended up happening in my life in the last few years but I feel like I am slowly coming to terms with it and trying to keep moving forward. There was always so much more I wanted to do with this channel but the chaos in my personal life constantly threw a wrench in those plans. It has taken so much from me, time being the biggest thing, and I don’t want it to ruin this for me, too. I’ve tried to record a video many times and have still just felt so stuck and consumed by what happened to my marriage. Literally any words of encouragement or prayers would seriously mean so much to me. Video suggestions, your favorite topics, anything to snap me out of this creative block I’m having. Btw, how is it going to be June tomorrow?! 😭 Anyways I miss connecting with everyone here and am hoping to get going again so I can celebrate 100k properly. Because that’s 100k times someone decided to click subscribe because they wanted to hear what I had to say and I don’t take that lightly. It truly matters.

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for the kindness extended to me in my recent upload. I was so nervous about posting it but here's my logic: My goal on my channel is to encourage and empower, however I can. It's so hard for me to make videos when I am not in the right headspace because I worry that I'm somehow going to spread my bad energy to people who are already in need of something good and positive. I promise, it's the last thing I'd ever want to do! But I also care very much about being as real and authentic as possible. I just don't do fake, it makes me feel sickly. So I can't pretend to be okay when I am not. I just can't and so I isolate myself from others in my dark times. I pray for each and every one of you. I don't mean that as some pleasantry, I have literally prayed for you all. I am convinced that an overwhelming portion of my viewers have always been kind, empathetic souls that know pain and don't want others to feel the pain they've felt. I'm with you. I pray for you all. I'm just truly grateful that, aside from a few crazies here and there, most that watch my videos have always been so kind to me. Especially in those rare occasions that I have revealed the more vulnerable sides of myself. The messages of encouragement are exactly what I need in my life right now and I received an abundance in the comments on my last video. I thank you all, sincerely. I pray that whatever life throws at us in 2023, we all handle it with poise, grace, faith, and compassion. I love you all! Thank you! <3

Don’t worry about the person or people that stand on the sidelines of your life, critiquing the things you do. How you do it, why you do it, how they’d do it if they were in your shoes. What you coulda, shoulda done differently. What matters is that you are putting one foot in front of the other, day by day, to do what you know is right, good, and true. You won’t always get things right, you’ll definitely make mistakes along the way but the important thing is that you keep showing up, despite the difficulty, despite the obstacles, despite the naysayers and critics you encounter. Fate favors the bold so be bold enough to chase your own healing and peace of mind with courage and determination. Let them say what they will.
