On a mission to help athletes develop the mindset needed to reach the highest levels of sport.
I've worked with pros, international-level athletes, and world-championship competitors to sharpen their confidence, focus, and resilience under pressure. My approach combines evidence-based performance psychology with practical strategies athletes can apply immediately to dominate their game.
I make videos on:
- How to develop unshakable confidence and self-belief.
- How to stay mentally strong when everything is going against you.
- How to sustain high-energy and high-effort every single day.
- The mindset shifts that separate the elite from everyone else.
If you want to build a top 1% mentality, then you're in the right place.

If you haven’t already, download my free guide Game Ready.
It’s a simple, clear breakdown of 25 mental tools I use with elite athletes to build confidence, control nerves, and perform under pressure.
This is the best starting point if you want to understand:
- what mental tools are actually out there
- when to use them
- and how to apply them
No fluff. Just practical strategies to get you started on building your mental game.

Most athletes ask: “What mental tools should I use?”
But that’s actually the wrong first question.
The better question is: “WHY am I using a tool in the first place?”
Because every mental skill exists for one reason:
To shift your state.
Visualization, self-talk, breathing exercises, routines, journaling… at their core, they are all designed to move you from one state to another.
From distracted → focused
From nervous → calm
From flat → energised
From hesitant → confident
That’s why blindly copying what other athletes do rarely works.
A nervous athlete needs different tools than a distracted athlete.
A flat athlete needs different tools than an overhyped athlete.
The best athletes don’t just collect mental techniques. They understand what each tool is designed to do.
It’s no different to the gym.
If you don’t know whether your goal is to improve strength, speed, endurance, or mobility… your training becomes random and you get next to no results.
The mental game works exactly the same way.
Before using any mental strategy, ask yourself:
“What state am I currently in?”
&
“What state do I need to move toward?”

Got 3 slots opening up to work with me 1:1.
This is for athletes who know the mental game is the number one thing holding them back - the self-doubt, overthinking, nerves, inconsistency, or inability to perform when it matters most.
Together, we build a completely personalised mental toolbox so you can handle any situation in competition and finally break through the mental blocks that are limiting your performance.
This is not for everyone.
If you're serious about your career and ready to treat the mental side like the top 1% do, this could be a turning point.
And one more thing.
If you've been watching my content for months, thinking about applying… but never pulled the trigger…
Take this as your sign.

Hey team,
I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking why I’m not posting as much lately, so I wanted to give some clarity.
For almost three years, I posted a video every single week. Every part of every video on this channel - research, scripting, recording, editing - was done by me. The only outside help I’ve had is from my amazing thumbnail designer for the past couple of years. It’s a lot of work, and I feel like I’ve built the best content library in my niche - content that is genuinely substance over style.
That said, I’m still making videos, but it’s not my top priority right now. My main focus has always been coaching, and it always will be. Dedicating the same amount of time to YouTube that I did in the past isn’t sustainable - I have other life priorities I want to focus on. For three years, I was working six, sometimes seven days a week, and that pace can’t be maintained long-term.
Recently, Instagram has become my main outlet for sharing ideas because it’s much easier to create and still communicate meaningful content. If you haven’t followed me there, that’s the best place to keep up with my work.
If you're unaware, a lot of YouTube channels have entire teams behind them - producers, scriptwriters, editors, researchers - while I run this channel solo. So I hope you can cut me some slack. I’ve given a lot to this community over the years, and I plan to keep doing so, but at a pace that fits my priorities.
If you want more of my content, I also have a couple of courses and an e-book, which is a great way to support the channel and help me keep creating over the long term.

Finally - with over 250 videos already on this channel, I doubt anyone’s seen or internalized all the key lessons. Sometimes it’s not about new information, but revisiting what you’ve already learned. Go back, rewatch, and remind yourself of the tools and strategies that already exist here.
I’m not going anywhere, just doing things a little differently. Thanks for being part of this community 🤝

Every day I get to step into the arena with driven athletes committed to doing the hard things most won’t.
We don’t just talk mindset ... we build it. Under pressure. After mistakes. When it actually counts.
If you’re serious about developing an elite mentality and want a coach who cares as much about your standards as you do, applications to work with me are open.
I only accept a small fraction of applicants. This is for athletes who are serious about building an elite mindset and doing the work it actually takes.

What do you want to see a video on?
And by “want,” I mean something that would genuinely help you perform better - not just something you're simply curious about (e.g. me breaking down a famous athlete’s mindset).
What do you ACTUALLY need help with right now?

Here’s one of the biggest differences I see between athletes who improve fast… and athletes who stay stuck.
Critical Thinking vs No Thinking.
When I give a general example in a video, two types of athletes appear:
The no-thinking athlete says:
"But how does this work for my sport? I can't see how this applies to my sport"
The critical thinking athlete says:
"Could I apply this to my sport by doing XYZ?"
The no-thinking athlete is sadly way more common.
And that's why they'll remain part of the 99% who never make it.
Because they defer ALL their thinking to coaches, teammates, or now… AI.
The very few who go all the way?
They are insanely curious. They develop an appetite to problem solve. They experiment, and always look to personalize advice instead of copying it blindly.
If you don’t learn to think for yourself in sport… someone who does will pass you.
Don't be lazy.
Use your mind.

I honestly feel like I have the best job in the world.
I get to work with insanely talented, driven athletes at the top end of their sport - and I don’t take that lightly.
Because of the level I work at, I’m fully invested in every athlete I coach - with honesty, precision, and high standards.
This isn’t for athletes looking for motivation, quick fixes, or reassurance.
It is for athletes who already take their career seriously and know their biggest limiter is the mental side.
If you’re competing at a high level, you’re coachable, and you’re willing to be challenged - you can apply to work with me below.

High performers are often told they should “figure it out themselves”.
Be headstrong. Push through. Don’t ask for help.
But in my experience, the strongest athletes and performers I work with are the ones who have the courage to admit when they need support, guidance, and outside perspective.
That curiosity. That humility. That willingness to hire experts.
That’s the true hallmark of a Peak Performer.
There’s less than a month left in the year.
Why wait?
I’ve got a couple of coaching slots available to start before the end of the year.
Get a 24-day head start on everyone else waiting until 2026.
My prices increase in January, so this is the best time to apply.
