I’m not just training anymore I’m documenting every rep, meal, and mindset shift through a 6–16 week experiment on my own body. This is personal… but also professional.

I’m becoming the guinea pig for my own fitness protocol testing it in real time so I can scale it, prove it, and perfect it. This is not a quick fix. It’s a real blueprint for women who want to build curves, tone their waist, and grow with structure and accountability.
