I look at the rates everyday 😂. They pretty much went down everyday expect for Friday. But thankfully, not by much. Do you think we’re going to see rates in the 5s soon 🤔.

If you’re at this point, READY, ABLE and WILLING to buy. Do not hesitate to buy, imho. You have the advantage of the 2-1 buy down and less buyer competition. If rates significantly go down, hello fierce competition again. Remember the low interest rates brought on the most competitive market we’ve ever seen and drove prices at a pace we’ve never seen. ⬆️📈🔥🤔
