We are proud to announce the eight installment in the series of remastered & expanded albums by Golden Earring. Golden Earring is the sixth, self-titled album that is also known as 'Wall Of Dolls' because of the cover photo. The record, released in September 1970, marks the debut of drummer Cesar Zuiderwijk with Golden Earring and is the first in a series of progressively oriented records that the group released in the 1970s.
This expanded edition, supervised by Red Bullet catalog and band archivist Wouter Bessels, contains three bonus tracks: the single Holy Holy Life (#5 in the Dutch Top 40 in February 1971) with B-side Jessica, as well as the single version of Back Home as released in the United States on Dwarf Records in October 1970.
All tracks have been remastered in 24 bit/192 kHz from the original master tapes. The 16-page booklet contains a story about the creation of the album, written by Golden Earring biographer and archivist Jeroen Ras.
Golden Earring (Remastered & Expanded) will be released by Red Bullet Productions on 10th of April 2026 and is available through all renowned music stores and online shops, plus all known digital channels. The vinyl version released by Music On Vinyl will follow in late 2026.

Back Home - The Complete Leiden 1984 Concert is a new live album by Golden Earring - also released simultaneously on streaming audio and hi-res audio channels - and features archival recordings of their legendary sold-out show at the Groenoordhallen in Leiden on 23 June 1984.
An abbreviated version of this show was originally released in late 1984 on the album Something Heavy Going Down, but the complete recordings were never made available in digital format. Until now!
This double cd also contains all four released versions of the Something Heavy Going Down single, taken from the original 2-track Soundpush master tapes and including three mixes by renowned Dutch DJ and remixer Ben Liebrand. These remixes appear on digital format for the first time and fill up some gaps in both Golden Earring’s as Ben Liebrand’s discography.
In addition, the DVD features the long-awaited restored version of the Live From The Twilight Zone film as shot by director Dick Maas on the same night in Leiden. Fully restored and scanned from the original 16mm negative, including remastered audio. The music videos for N.E.W.S., Something Heavy Going Down and Quiet Eyes (directed by Anton Corbijn) are added as a bonus.
All tracks have been 24 bit/96 kHz remastered from the original mastertapes.
Mark your calendars! On Record Store Day 2024 a special limited edition 2LP with outtakes, raw mixes and alternative versions of the "Cut" album will be released. Including the very first studio recordings of "Twilight Zone" and "Future", the 7-inch single edits of "Twilight Zone", "The Devil Made Me Do It", and B-sides "King Dark" and "Shadow Avenue".
Pressed on crystal clear, silver & blue marbled vinyl. You don't want to miss out on this one.
Make sure to grab your copy of "The Cut Sessions" on April 20th!

This awesome photo was used on the cover of "Instant Poetry", a 7" single released in 1974. Who still owns a copy?
