Pepper puppy has spent years supervising movement sessions and appears convinced the yoga mat belongs exclusively to him. 😄🐾
He also seems to believe recovery, sunshine, and frequent breaks deserve more attention.
We may disagree on the number of breaks… but he probably has a point.
One thing I’ve learned over the years: movement routines become part of everyday life. Pets included - thankfully!
Anyone else have animals that insist on joining (or judging) workouts?

How often do you change your pace when you walk?
Most people settle into one speed…
Today’s workout alternates moderate effort with higher effort intervals to challenge stamina, power, and energy in 15 minutes.
This one looks simple on paper.
Then the higher effort intervals arrive. 😄
So, what’s your usual walking plan?

This one combines Pilates, balance training, posture work, and a little barre-inspired movement using a small ball.
Translation:Your core, hips, balance, posture, and stabilizers are all getting invited to the session today. 😉
We’ll start standing with Pilates-style, balance-focused movement, then transition to the mat for focused core and stability work.

This one is a full body deep stretch and mobility flow designed to help release tension, improve flexibility, and help you move a little more comfortably throughout your day. It also makes a wonderful evening practice if your body and mind need help winding down before sleep.
You’ll stay on the mat for the entire class, and Sharlyn included a few surprisingly good chair-assisted stretches near the end that feel amazing for the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and low back.
