The Way Of Theosis

Welcome to The Way of Theosis, a sanctuary for those seeking the ancient, narrow path of the historic Church.

Our journey is defined by the Ladder of Divine Ascent.
Catharsis (Purification): Laying aside every weight and the sin which so easily ensnares us (Hebrews 12:1). This is the "labor" of the desert, where we are refined by the fire of repentance.

Theoria (Illumination): Moving beyond the letter of the text to the "vision" of God. Here, the mind descends into the heart, and we begin to see the "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27).

Theosis (Deification): The ultimate end—being conformed to the image of His Son (Romans 8:29) until we can say with the Apostles: "When He appears, we shall be like Him" (1 John 3:2).
Join us as we move from the "shadows" into the "substance," being transformed into the same image from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18), that we may finally be one as the Father and Son are one (John 17:21-23).
