Blockages shift you into new territory. Allow new pathways to form in your mind and, physically, in your next steps.
Every door is shutting, and it feels like the walls are closing in. You have only one option left: to seek YeHoVah.
No more figuring it out all alone. No more codependency with others. No more running. No more doubting yourself. No more holding on to what is already dead.
Let it go.
But there is... More faith. More trust. More hope. More peace. More joy.
There comes a time in your life when you realize that YeHoVah is your husband and that you must submit to the path He wants to lead you on.
The blockages feel like backwardness, but it's not. It's the reset that you always needed. This time, you are a healthier version of yourself and won't make the same mistakes you made before. This time, you are trusting the Creator with you. This time, you recognize that the Creator is within you, not outside you.
Whatever you are holding on to, let it go. We say let go, let God, but what does that look like in real time in your life?
A roadblock will cause you to let go of your idea of how you will get to the promise. This time, things will be different because you are doing it YeHoVah's way, not your way or the way others think you should go.
You prayed the prayer, now submit to how the plan is manifesting in your life. It requires you to be disciplined, intentional, and aware of the season you are in.
Be blessed and remember that the joy of YeHoVah is your strength.
Here I am clocking in at 207. I've been slowly getting back into working out to get my body moving, but now it is time to clock in. Not only to lose weight, but to feel like a spring chicken.
I had to recognize that my battle with food, weight, and movement is something that I have to tackle over and over, while others can fly by and not have to think too much about it. For me, it is different. I have to be intentional every step of the way and not let comfort overcome me.
Y'all, if I really wanted to lose like 20 pounds, I could easily eat raw plant-based, do soup and smoothies only, and juice for a few weeks. The thing is, just because I know I could do it that way doesn't mean it is beneficial, as I am learning what my body needs this season.
Over the past year and a half, I have moved out of survival mode, and I have to be gentle with myself to find my new balance while repairing the damage to my gut health.
I had to recognize that being in this place in my faith & fitness journey is helping me find my balance because there is work to be done. I have done everything (all of the things), and now it is time to put it all together beautifully. I got this. You got this. We got this.
No shame in my stuffed sausage season. I love myself here.
How old were you when you learned that the blood of the lamb put on the doorpost and the lamb that the Israelites were commanded to eat in Exodus 12 referred to a sheep or a goat? #passover#bloodofthelamb#sheep#goat
Many believers are eating soup from a pot and have no idea what the ingredients are because they just picked up a spoon and started eating.
The ingredients in a pot of soup will settle at the bottom. The pot has to be stirred so the ingredients come to the surface, so you can see what is inside.
The saying "stirring up the pot" is often seen as disruptive, as it brings up uncomfortable situations and conversations. It's because the ingredients settled to the bottom undisturbed, and as soon as that spoon goes in, everything gets mixed up, and the ingredients float all around.
The thing is that stirring the pot exposes the truth about a situation. The spoon is placed in the pot, and you stir from the bottom so the ingredients rise to the surface. Anything could be at the bottom of the pot until you stir it up and look for yourself.
Stirring the pot looks like introducing truth, exposing lies, and asking questions. These things help people to see what they didn't see before. Many believers are being fed lies that appear to be the truth because the truth sounds comforting and makes sense to them when they lean on their own understanding.
Many are called to stir the pot and help the sheep reach their shepherd. It may seem disruptive at first, but it is the road to peace.
Jeremiah 1:10 explains the rebuilding process. It's disruptive and messy at first. Jeremiah 1:10, See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.
Do not fall for the fake peace you will keep seeing. The road to peace is disruptive. It involves the continuous process of subtracting and adding to get the state of completion.
Loving yourself shows up in your everyday actions. Recognizing our actions brings awareness to patterns and behaviors we have. It's not to produce guilt or shame. The beauty is that we can take the information and think about how we can show up for ourselves a little more.

If you have the ruah of YAH within you, trust that He will teach you. Direct your questions to the Creator for He has your answers. Many times, man will work backwards by asking and seeking man for the answers then going to Yah about it. All the wind of Yah to guide you as He is the giver to the answer. When I started asking the right questions and reading the Bible and Word of Yah for myself, I realized it was not matching up with what is being taught. #faith#bible#questions#clarity
