Dear Youtube Family,

you might ask yourself, how she came up with this?
Well here my journey in short:


Phase I - Early Visual Experiments
I started by mirroring photos and simple edits, chasing the moment where geometry suddenly felt alive. No GLSL yet – just intuition, fractals and a camera teaching my nervous system what “right” feels like.

Phase II - GLSL Shader Remixes & Unreleased Album
Then I discovered GLSL. I remixed existing shaders, changed colors, motion and structure, and paired them with my own experimental music. Those unreleased tracks became the training ground where I learned how code, light and sound move the nervous system together.

Phase III - Computational Healing Systems
Today I code my own shader systems from scratch, combine them with precise color frequencies and therapeutic sound, and test them with real humans. These are the computational healing systems behind my Gumroad collections - short previews live on YouTube, the full nervous system tools live off‑platform.

How Complex Geometry Quiets Your Overthinking Brain

If you've ever laid awake at 3am with thoughts spiraling, or found yourself ruminating endlessly about the past or future - that's your Default Mode Network (DMN) in overdrive.

What is the DMN? 
The Default Mode Network is a brain network that becomes active when you're NOT focused on external tasks. 
It's responsible for: 
→ Mind-wandering 
→ Self-referential thinking ("What do they think of me?") 
→ Rumination about past/future 
→ Anxious thought loops 
→ The "monkey mind" that meditation tries to quiet

The problem: 
For many people, the DMN never shuts up. Constant mental chatter. Endless overthinking. Anxiety spirals.

The solution: 
Complex geometric patterns.

Here's what happens neurologically:
When you view intricate, complex-but-trackable geometric patterns, your visual attention system fully engages. Your brain starts tracking the patterns, following the symmetries, tracing the recursive structures.

This FORCES the Default Mode Network to decrease its activity.
Not through willpower. Not through "trying not to think."

Through direct visual engagement that neurologically CANNOT coexist with DMN hyperactivity.

The key is complexity balance:
Too simple → brain gets bored, DMN reactivates

Computational art uses ALGORITHMS and MATHEMATICS to generate visuals in real-time. I write code in GLSL (Graphics Library Shader Language) that tells your GPU how to render healing frequencies pixel-by-pixel, frame-by-frame.
