Chapter 2 is still in the works. Over 50 pages of notes to record the content. It takes time. But we’re working diligently to get the content out. The video will be over an hour long filled with a lot of detail to help you prepare for the exam. Also working a full-time job and managing a family so I appreciate everyone’s patience.

Late night in the studio tonight as we continue production of Chapter 2 of the ServSafe 9th Edition course.
Chapter 1 laid the foundation, but as I've mentioned before, the majority of the ServSafe curriculum is built around the micro world—understanding the microorganisms, conditions, and food safety principles that every foodservice professional must master. This is where the course really begins to come to life.
We're working hard to make this the most comprehensive and engaging ServSafe series we've ever produced. Be sure to keep an eye on the Community tab for behind-the-scenes updates and production progress. As soon as Chapter 2 is finalized and ready for release, you'll be the first to know right here. The notification bell is the best way to get alerted when it posts here.
Thank you for your continued support as we build this resource for the next generation of foodservice professionals.
You can access this paid course through our memberships tab under MASTER CHEF.

Here's a polished version:
Introducing Florida Food Law, Explained — a new short-form series on the Department of Health inspection process and the laws behind food safety.
Each episode runs under two minutes — ad-free, focused, and built for retention. Rather than covering everything in one long session, the series breaks the material into digestible segments designed to help knowledge actually stick.
19 lessons have been produced. Most are scheduled to roll out monthly, with new episodes posting regularly to the page.
Whether you're a foodservice operator, manager, or just someone who wants to understand what inspectors are looking for — this series gives you the legal framework to protect your business and keep your guests safe.
Check it out and follow along so you don't miss an episode.
