Began the year with a destination that had been on my list for quite some time! Andaman outlived my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t have enough time to explore the smaller islands and offbeat places (also because I had a twisted ankle the entire trip). 🌊 🌅 🩵

I love how Christmas culture has spread so deep in India. Always beings such positive vibes. But while Christmas celebrations, amongst non Christians, is rapidly growing to be a mere trend, here’s a little something to educate you, in case you were unaware -
The word Christmas comes from the Old English phrase “Cristes Maesse,” which refers to the Mass celebrating Christ.
• Christians around the world celebrate Christmas on 25 December to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem, as described in the Bible.
• Traditions such as decorating Christmas trees, hanging stockings, and singing carols have been lovingly handed down through generations.
• These festive practices help create enduring memories and add to the sense of warmth, joy, and nostalgia that defines the holiday season.
