We empower learners to explore their passions, experiment with careers, and confidently chart a path forward—whether or not that path includes a traditional college degree. At the heart of our work is a simple message: Find your why. Find your way.

We believe every young person deserves access to the tools, experiences, and guidance needed to discover where their interests, strengths, and opportunities intersect. Yet too many—especially those facing systemic barriers—don’t get that opportunity.

Through free digital tools, philanthropy, research, impact investing, and advocacy, we work alongside students, educators, families, employers, and community partners to bridge education and workforce systems. Our goal is to move young people from curiosity to clarity—and from possibility to purpose—so they can build meaningful, sustainable futures.
