The relationship ended…But your mind, body, and soul are still trying to process what happened.
Some of you are calling it “spiritual warfare” when your nervous system is actually screaming for healing.
Yes, spiritual warfare is real. But trauma is as well. Deliverance has its place. But it doesn’t heal the SOUL.
Not every dream after abuse is “just spiritual warfare.” And not every dream is God speaking either.
Sometimes your mind is still trying to process trauma your body never fully got to safely release.
And just because you dream about them…
doesn’t mean you want them back.
It may mean your brain, nervous system, emotions, and subconscious are still trying to process fear, confusion, betrayal, grief, or unresolved trauma.
Many survivors of narcissistic abuse experience:
• recurring dreams
• anxiety dreams
• trauma loops & rumination
• confusion
• emotional flashbacks
• fear-based dreaming
• hypervigilance
• obsessive thinking
• spiritual confusion
Why? Because abuse affects the soul deeply.
And you cannot spiritually bypass trauma.
Your subconscious and nervous system do not simply shut off because you went to sleep. The brain continues trying to process unresolved pain, betrayal, fear, rejection, and emotional chaos. This is why healing cannot only be surface-level or hyper-spiritualized.
You need discernment. You need soul healing. You need spiritual renewal. You need your mind restored. You need holistic healing.

I completed my final coursework for my Master’s Degree. 🎓
And honestly…I’m sitting here grateful. In awe. If you were to ask me how I did it, in addition to family, business, ministry, real estate, healing, and LIFE. I can only say God’s grace.
Grateful for God. Grateful I didn’t quit. Grateful for my husband for his love and support. Grateful for my children who are my best blessings. Grateful for growth. Grateful for healing. Grateful for purpose.
There were moments I was exhausted, stretched thin, overwhelmed, and uncertain.
