මෙකෙ Rules ඇවිල්ලා.
( මං දැන් 10 වසර අවසාන වාර විභාගෙට ready වෙන නිසා.)
පැය 5+ දවසට වැඩ කරන්න ඕන.
දවසට දාගන තියෙන වැඩ ටික ඉවර කරන්න ඕන.
පොතක් කියවන්න නැත්තම් drama එකකට පැයක් හරි පැය භාගයක් හරි දෙන්න පුලුවන්
සතියට දවස් තුනක් වත් Skin care කරන්න ඕන. ( විශේෂයෙන් ගෑනු ළමයින්ට මේක. පිරිමි ළමයිනුත් පොඩි හරි වෙලාවක් වෙන් කරන්න.)
විශේෂයෙන් මේක කියන්න ඕන මං මෙ challenge එක කරන්නෙ නොවැම්බර් 10 - 16 ඊට පස්සෙ තමා මගෙ වැඩ ටිකත් පාඩු කර ගන්නෙ නැතුව ඔයාලට video ටිකත් ලස්සනට හදලා දෙන්නෙ.
ඔයාලට Video 7 ක්ම නම් නෑ. Video 3 ක් තමා දෙන්න ඉන්නෙ.
1. 15+ Hours study vlog - සඳුදා , අඟහරුවාදා, බදාදා යන දවස් ටික එක video එකක්. ටිකක් දිග video ඉල්ලපූ අයටත් එක්ක.
2. 10+ Hours study vlog - බ්රහස්පතින්දා, සිකුරාදා එක video එකක්.
3. 12+ hours study vlog - සති අන්තෙ දවස් දෙක එක video එකකින්.
ඉතින් මං මේක පටන් ගන්නෙ 10 නිසා ඔයාලට මගෙ Whatsapp Channel එකත් එක්ක එකතු වෙලා Daily routines & New updates දැනගන්න පූළුවන් වගේම ඔයාලට මේක ඕන නම් 14 day Study challenge එකක් විදිහටත් කරගෙන යන්න පුලුවන්.
එහෙනම් ඉක්මනට හම්බවෙමු ළමයි....
