🎉 ICCR Scholarship 2026 Selected? Read This Carefully!

Congratulations to everyone who has received the ICCR Selection Email from the Embassy of India, Kathmandu and Birgunj.

Don't panic! Here are the next important steps you must complete.

✅ Step 1: Accept Your Offer Letter

Login to the ICCR A2A Portal, accept the Scholarship Offer and upload the physical fitness certificate and lab reports in PDF before the deadline.

✅ Step 2: Inform the Embassy

After accepting your offer on the ICCR Portal, send an email to the Embassy informing them that you have accepted the scholarship offer.


✅ Step 3: Visit the Embassy

You must visit the Embassy of India, Kathmandu or Birgunj mentioned in the email in the given timeline.

🕙 Timing:
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
&
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Purpose:
✔ Document Verification
✔ Collect your PAOL (Provisional Admission Offer Letter)

Candidate must be accompanied by Parent/Guardian (or authorized guardian) as mentioned in the email.

✅ Step 4: Carry 4 Notarized Sets + Originals

Prepare 4 photocopy sets of all documents.

Each photocopy set should be Notarized.

Also carry all original documents for verification.

📑 Arrange Documents in This Order

1️⃣ Candidate Citizenship Certificate (English translated & notarized)

2️⃣ Parent/Guardian Citizenship Certificate
(English translated & notarized)
(If guardian accompanies you, carry authorization letter.)

3️⃣ Candidate Passport

4️⃣ Academic Mark Sheets/Transcripts
(Latest qualification first)

5️⃣ Character Certificate

6️⃣ Migration Certificate

7️⃣ Medical Fitness Certificate and Lab Reports

8️⃣ Study in India Registration Acknowledgement

9️⃣ Two Recent Passport Size Photographs
