Today I’ve released a new long-form teaching on the channel decoding one of the most misunderstood, guilt-inducing verses in modern faith: Psalm 46:10 ("Be still and know").
The original Hebrew and Greek texts do not prescribe passive stillness or "trying" to quiet your mind. They prescribe a highly specific, mechanical sequence involving the body (Raphah) and the mind (Pephimoso).
