Mombasa today hosted the inaugural Kenya Geospatial and Real Estate Conference organized by the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort.

The two-day conference has brought together experts, policymakers, investors and professionals in the land and real estate sector to discuss innovation, technology, investment and sustainable urban development in Kenya.

Key discussions focused on Artificial Intelligence in real estate, land management systems, cybersecurity of spatial data, valuation of public assets, riparian reserve management and affordable urban planning.

The conference is being held under the theme: “Innovate, Include, Invest: Shaping Kenya’s Geospatial and Real Estate Future.”

Leaders say the forum will help shape modern solutions for Kenya’s growing land and property sector while promoting transparency, investment and sustainable development.
