Today we organized an awareness session for a group of 6th and 7th graders in the Beaconhouse Bahria Town Junior campus. We started off with a tour of the school. We were shown Truck art and origami made by the students and were greatly impressed by their skills. During the presentation, our audience was immediately receptive to our message. Not only did they ask intelligent questions of their own, but they also answered ours with clear understanding of What we were saying. Furthermore, We noticed that most of the students had developed cultural identities and were fond of cultural values they had been taught by their grandparents and parents (They even shared some stories with us!). On an ending note, we passed out stickers and bookmarks, and even hung up a poster outlining identity crisis! Overall, the session was fun and informative for both us and our audience.
