Maybe this needs to be said… we are sold that Global Ascension to a New Earth is inevitable in our lifetime..every other podcast shouts ‘It’s here, It’s coming’ flattering our frail egos that demand this result as a reward for all its hard work…materialistic society is after-all based on the premise that what you put in, you get back… but divine timing is at play…and so to is the spiritual realm that responds to a different timeframe, selfless heart service and authentic resonance.

Instead, what if you’re just planting seeds for future generations, would you still be as committed to your spiritual path?

I hope so - for your own soul growth and for the longer term perspective …You may after all be that future generation…you are part of a collective oversoul group - the ocean, not just an individual drop.

Seeing so many desensitised to violence, and being unable to call it out without a proviso, having no empathy for others feelings, justifying poor or simply wrong decisions for fear of being cast out of the egos safe matrix…neglecting our own needs at the expense of low vibe distractions 24/7.

Do we deserve Ascension? In what other area of life would an upgrade be given without taking something seriously, not just paying lip service or acting in ‘love & light’ when its easy, or the cameras are rolling..

We see who people really are online too, leakage like body language that is revealed through cruel insensitivity or being unable to walk in another’s shoes..particularly at the big moments.

Many are completely blind to their own hypocrisy & shortcomings, but those genuinely on the path are well aware of their faults and working on them whenever they appear..

There is no free pass, no rainbow flash that comes in like a Fairy Godmother and turns us from 3rd dimensional beings to something higher…

WE have to apply the polish ourselves, chip away at our hard bits, hone our ability to stay in the heart.

Your words, actions and deeds show who you are, how you show up to meet the world and the version of earth you will stay in or ascend into.

No fast track magic pill, instead every day doing your best and taking accountability that is #truespirituality

Hi everyone have been in London for a few days giving a talk at Mind Body Spirit Olympia - will be back soon on You Tube. Travelling back home today enriched as always from spending time here.. will catch up with you all soon.
Last stroll through beautiful Kensington Gardens before I do - been such a joy watching so many having a lovely time in the Sun - last night one family who had been sat all of the afternoon having a picnic started dancing under the horse chestnut trees - Princess Diana would have approved. To be honest rather dreading the different hoards of crowds we get back home in Summer as everyone flocks to the beach…bah humbug!
I think it’s the multicultural vibrancy I miss, as there’s crowds and noise in London of course - but I feel alive here - must be on my Astro cartography lines - I always forget I was born in London!
Ah well if I ever win the lottery can dream in an appartment here 🥳 .. till then the train beckons- see you all soon!

Since when did spirituality become about this..?
Gossip, fear porn, division, drama, dopamine hits, worst case possible scenarios, always about what’s coming next, not sitting with what IS, cheap engagement over emotional intelligence, strap lines over considered debate…
Running to the latest story rather than doing the inner work…
Filling up on breadcrumbs rather than wanting a full meal…
Wherever it started, its popularity is soaring…
An unawakened unhealed soul chooses a quick fix, a quick ‘hit’ - addicted to anything to distract, entertain, rather than looking at themselves..
A mature evolving soul is bored of this, but bad habits can be hard to break..and the old system wants you addicted to low vibe junk.

Your frequency is affected by what you eat, what you watch, who you follow, what you listen to.

The algorithm only changes to more positive, life affirming, golden content when we consciously choose it, create it and support it.

Fake spirituality keeps you trapped, small, powerless, fearful, never nourished.

Authentic spirituality grows empathy, maturity, heart centred consciousness, unity, discernment, sovereignty, your inner world and leads you back to yourself.

Choose wisely.
