*آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا مسلمان وہ ہے جس کی زبان اور ہاتھ سے مسلمان بچے رہیں اور مہاجر وہ ہے جو ان کاموں کو چھوڑ دے جن سے اللہ نے منع فرمایا۔ ابوعبداللہ ( امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ ) نے فرمایا اور ابومعاویہ نے کہ ہم کو حدیث بیان کی داؤد بن ابی ہند نے، انہوں نے روایت کی عامر شعبی سے، انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے سنا عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص سے، وہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں جناب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ( وہی مذکورہ حدیث ) اور کہا کہ عبدالاعلیٰ نے روایت کیا داؤد سے، انہوں نے عامر سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص سے، انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے۔*
