The worst part about having gut issues is not being able to eat normal DELICIOUS foods.
This pizza sooo goood. 4 cheese pizza.
The other crappy thing about not being able to eat normal food is...
It makes it almost impossible to go out with friends and family.
Humans connect and bond by breaking bread together.
Sharing food.
Going out requires calories to be burnt which can only be refueled with food.
And organic food isn't always easy to come by... nor does it taste good.
Good news is food intolerances are easy easy to fix.
Someone the other day said by day 7 all his symptoms stopped.
And he was finally able to eat his wife's delicious homemade food again.
