We built an off-grid homestead in Northern Alberta, working through extreme cold, snow, and the realities of rural living. We are now back in Northern Ireland, our journey continues with homesteading in a familiar climate. We’re building raised garden beds, growing vegetables and flowers, and applying off-grid and self-sufficient skills to everyday life. We’ll also be travelling through Europe, sharing slow travel, countryside living, relocation experiences, and dog-friendly travel both with and without our dogs.
