This is our response to the Document on the Qwel situation.
We don't really have much else to say except the fact we're extremely disappointed in what Qwel chose to do, and will be halting all dandy's world content from the channel as of right now, until Qwel comes out and takes accountability for her actions.
We hope that someday Qwel moves onto the right path, because this is not okay.
For now, the content will be shifted towards Demonology and other types of videos. If you have any game suggestions, you can put them in the comments section below.
We hope you can respect our decision, because this is very serious.

Hello everyone, it’s time that I address the situation at hand.
I sent a line of text “he can go die” the HE referring to Nivouty. That’s something I should have never said, and I severely apologize for saying that - this was not supposed to come off as a death threat. It was not one, but it was merely just a joke over text, I should not have said it, especially considering me and Nivouty are not close. It was said in a public group chat, where people had made similar jokes within the group chat. I assumed that the “death threat” would have been perceived as a joke as intended, but clearly that wasn’t the case.
Once more, I am going to acknowledge that it should not have been made in the first place. I am deeply sorry Nivouty for saying it behind your back, and I understand how that could’ve been interpreted. However, I never meant any harm. Regarding Nivouty as a person, I respect him and his content; he’s a great content creator and distractor!
One thing I am going to criticize about this situation is how it could’ve been handled. What was meant as a joke has now been blown out of proportion to the point where my own moderation team feels unsafe.
While no harm was meant to come from the community note made by Nivouty, alongside the individual who leaked the screenshots [I’m going to leave them unnamed], Nivouty’s moderation team has done nothing to hinder harassment whilst waiting for this apology.
Some members of Nivouty’s staff had been encouraging harassment during a VC where all of this was discussed [Nivouty making the community note]. I’m going to include several screenshots of this behavior underneath: the elephant profile picture, one of Nivouty’s moderators, had changed their original profile to that after the situation in order to make light of and joke about the situation. I am not intending to do that myself.
Additionally, Nivouty’s senior moderator has been doing similar, with jokes such as “matty is cooked bro”, “by the way ##### snitched on you”, “and Parkour saw it, he’s gonna like harass”, “I wouldn’t be surprised if he like harassed matty”, and “YOU JUST DOXXED SOME RANDOM ASS PERSON”.
By the quotations, you can obviously see that Nivouty’s moderation team is making light of the situation. I had to personally censor a member’s username. They should not have been dragged into this.
While people have their thoughts on what’s acceptable to joke about, I’m yet to understand why the situation has been blown out of proportion so much to the point that not only do my moderators feel unsafe, but Nivouty’s moderators feel so comfortable to joke about doxxing AND bring the drama into servers in which the situation was never mentioned. Arguably, it could’ve been spreading awareness. However, it has still gotten past me how people think it is acceptable to harass people without hearing both sides of the situation.
I understand that what I said was insensitive and wrong, and it was never intended to come off this way. I am deeply sorry to Nivouty that it came off this way, and I would never wish that upon any human being. I promise that I will learn from this behavior.
Furthermore, I did not originally address this situation on the live stream, and it has been made apparent that people were displeased about this decision. The reason this was done was to not avoid accountability, but I wanted to personally speak to Nivouty beforehand, as well as compile my thoughts, and apologize to the community as a whole with a sincere apology instead of rushing it. I am sorry for the wait with my announcement; I have been trying to draft this announcement in order to address all concerns.
In short, I apologize for the misbehavior on my part. Whilst insensitive, I do believe that this entire situation could have been handled better with communication involved.

Hey guys! Been a while, but I’ve been meaning to cook up something in Dandy’s World, a certain toon; she’s really underrated from what I can tell, so stay tuned for that!
For those of you who were in the stream, you may have noticed that my stream got taken down out of nowhere! It got flagged for "violating community guidelines", which none of my team members or myself understand, so I had to record distracting Dyle as Yatta, and I may need to redo Goob if I cannot gain access to the footage. In addition, I'm not able to stream on my main channel, but I CAN stream on my second YT channel, but I'll let you guys know if anything happens!
But to reassure you guys, we DID succeed in our efforts to distract Dyle and also abiding by our rules 🔥

Hey guys,
For those of you who were in the stream, you may have noticed that my stream got taken down out of nowhere!
