This is the result of a 68 year-old American woman 12 days after having a Secondary Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, Submentoplasty, Secondary Lower Blepharoplasty, and Fat Graft. Overall, she looks much younger, especially the cheek contouring, and the mouth corners have improved significantly. The neck and jawline have improved impressively. Prior to her surgery, she showed signs of severe sagging around her cheek, jawline, and neck. Her nasolabial groove and Marionette lines were deep. As a result, her face appeared bigger and left a lethargic impression. She expressed her insecurity about the severity and obvious sagging around her face.
