It's almost running season again! As some of you all know I'm a marathon runner, having ran numerous half-marathons, marathons, 10k, 5k, you name it! Well I've been off from official racing since I left Atlanta, Black Girl Run Club as well as Atlanta Track Club. I was a member for about a decade. I fell in love with running, and hiking, but lost that love when I almost died of C0VID.
As a business owner my fitness took a serious back-burner but this sabbatical has revitalized so many great strengths of mine. Hobbies, skills, clarity, and so much more has been regained in me. I am now a firm believer that your business at some point can and will fall due to poor health or you NOT prioritizing your health, which I did.
So, with that stated in the dead of heat, I've been getting ready for my upcoming half-marathon. I haven't did a 12.1 mile race in years, but I am ready! I have dozens upon dozens of medals and I am ready to start gain more.
