Hello, My name is Ashley Pierce, real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Seacoast Advantage and a buyer/seller agent on The Cameron Team in Wilmington, NC. I am a Hometown girl that has grown up in Eastern North Carolina and loves everything about living here!

I am also a certified Personal Trainer with NASM and Power Pilates. Why am I mentioning this? For many of you, staying healthy and active is a huge part of your day and your environment. As a part of your new home search, access to walking trails, pickleball courts, swimming, fitness/gyms, pilates, yoga, and many other forms of fitness are important! I have been in fitness my whole life, so helping you find both a new home AND a place that accomodates your healthy lifestyle is my specialty!
