The readers highly acclaimed her articles .She got training from Medanta- The Medicity , Gurgaon as dietitian & looked after patients of various profiles during this period.She worked with MAX BALAJI hospital,Patparganj Delhi.EAST DELHI UPDATE carries her weekly column since 2011.

Green tea has caffeine. If your herbal tea/slimming tea/natural tea/detox tea says its caffeine free it means it is not green tea.
So choose wisely.
Also since it has caffeine consuming green tea after meals is not suggested as it interferes with calcium, zinc and iron absorption from that meal.
Keep one hour gap before and after your main meal

If you are a diabetic , then after every 30 mins of physical activity i.e walk, weight training or any cardio exercise you need to have small amount of carbohydrate to ensure that your sugar doesn’t suddenly drop.
It can be 1-2 biscuit, 1 fruit, 1-2 dates, 1 brown rice cake etc
