Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor of Elbow. This is a rare soft tissue tumor, found in about 40 per 1,00,000 population. A localized soft tissue mass is commoner than a diffuse variant. This is a case of young lady who had the tumor in an even rarer location (her elbow joint), leading to stiffness. A biopsy via needle was performed to confirm the diagnosis. Bone cancer of thigh in a student. The cancer (osteosarcoma) was diagnosed with a needle biopsy. Chemotherapy was followed by a limb saving surgery. The cancer affected was safely removed from the body and recycled (subjected to high dose radiotherapy) and reimplanted back into the defect.
