I cannot believe I’m writing this...

Six months ago, I was just a girl feeling lost in life who decided to finally give travel vlogging a proper shot because it was something I’d always wanted to do.

I had no one to guide me. I was figuring everything out myself, and honestly, I’m still learning every single day.

If you had told that girl that six months later she would have over 10,000 subscribers on YouTube and tens of thousands of followers across different platforms, she would have laughed in your face.

I remember celebrating when I hit 1,000 YouTube subscribers on 20 January 2026.

Today, I hit 10,000.

To some people, this might seem like a small number.

To me, this represents countless hours, late night editing after work, doubts, and more heart than I can put into words.

Thank you to everyone who has watched a video, left a comment, shared my content, or decided to follow along on this journey.

More milestones to come! 📹💙 (YouTube is a BEAST, it’s the hardest platform to grow but we’re gonna keep grinding!)

In this episode, I went as a solo female to remote China to find the Chinese Mountain Tribe - the Yi minority.

No tour guide, no transportation booked - just me, very limited information I found online, and my rusty Mandarin, trying to find my way deep into the mountains in an attempt to find them.
