welcome! i'm britt ◡̈ a yoga student and teacher based in LA. i created this channel as an act of seva, sacred service. i want my people to know this practice! i also know yoga can be expensive, and for some of us, especially in black, brown, and marginalized bodies, it can feel intimidated going to a studio or we may question if it’s “for us”. YES, IT IS FOR YOU!

as a black biracial person, i am grateful to be a bridge. i’m dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga as a way to regulate your nervous system, feel safe in your body, and develop a deeper sense of compassion for yourself and the world around you.

my hope is that this channel brings you home to yourself and helps you to feel peaceful, nourished, and supported. if you enjoy practicing together, i humbly ask that share this with your community. the world needs our yoga.
