One morning, my Honey Jet Coaster auto-played, and then it hit me. It's been 4 years since that upload!

I was a little over a year into my job, I started to make time for recording covers again. The sun was starting to heat up, and I was in the middle of a burnout. Though the anime industry was still transitioning back to it's normal work schedule, there weren't many songs that drew my attention. There were a lot of experimentation around that time.

Fast-forward now, I can see that's probably one of my popular covers as of writing this post. It was all a spur of the moment, and I'm glad many people enjoyed it. In doing so, when I went to anime expo, I felt so confident, that I felt like a special guest myself lol Heck, I even got to take a pic with the shikimori promotions they had on display. "I sang that!"

The significance of that moment made me feel like I did something meaningful. I created something as a means to help promote a show as a fan, and I gained something that I'll treasure to this day.

More covers will be coming soon, but It's gonna be a bumpy road, so I hope you'll look forward on what's to come! Heck, I might use the community polls again. So keep an eye on that!

*Loud Clap to break the Silence* It's my Birthday! Get ready, because this is a lengthy post.

I have not uploaded anything in a little over a year. Whether it be creative burnout, work schedule, improving my creative skills, remodeling a booth for 8 months with no prior knowledge of using power tools, or just spending more time with family.

I've been fortunate to also go out to more cons, concerts, and see a ton of new things. Seeing the passion that goes into Vtubing, making music, art, videos, and fans showing their form of support to their oshis/series.

That's when I was reminded of the purpose of this channel. "Please support the Official Release." It was not just a blanket term. It was a means to show my love for a series/topic, because you'll never know what's gonna happen to your favorite Series, Artists, and/or Oshis.

A lot has came and went, and a there was a lot that I've missed out because I kept shooting for a more professional format. Then that's when the burnout kicked in. Each attempt at a cover kept going incomplete as I kept trying to improve it to look/sound good that I end up scrapping the project months later.

Covers are not the only means of showing your support. It could be through streaming, art, VO's, and more. I'd like to do expand on that here on this channel since I'm not just a singer/voice actor. I'm a fan that loves to create. I'm not trying to sell you a product (outside from original songs, merch, or miscellaneous stuff I had in mind, but that's another topic for another day.) I'm here to put the spotlight on something that caught my eye because no one else has, or someone's lit a fire in me to give a certain song a shot to try.

The short of this post: "Let me cook, and trust the process" When my upload/pings here are inconsistent. Whether it be an art post, a stream ping (which streams will go unlisted and added to a playlist so it doesn't clutter video upload tabs), Song covers, or even comic dubs. I would just like to create again, and not feel like I'm stuck in a singular bubble.

Happy New Year. It has been a long 2024 (Which is a good thing.) A lot has happened as well from the personal side of things, which resulted in a hiatus.

One of my goals this year is, "Balance, and Experimenting." This means I will do my best to try and upload more covers (and potential dubs of small abridged edits I'll make.) BUT, I will also be announcing that I will be potentially stream here infrequently. I'm aware how streaming works for a long while now, now applying my knowledge is the matter of having time and energy. I strive to get better this year to prove myself that I can do more than what I'm already capable of. Please look forward to what's to go come in 2025!

I've been taking time off to self improve (as you might've notice with this little doodle of mines.) Been taking up more roles as a VA (TBA). Also been learning how to stream on OBS. "The Pre-Debut" arc is finally among us. So, I'll go by the vibes whenever. No rush as we're still learning.

After a whole year, we finally hit 1600! Woo! It has now been 2 months since my surgery. I do feel aches from time to time, but I've been working on new covers for a good while.

Work has been eating my time and money, so I'll try focusing more on the audio side of things and worry less about visuals as before.
I know how people liked the recent quality on my videos, but the process to upload once every 4 weeks kinda puts a damper on what I'd like to do with the channel. So, hope you still look forward to my upcoming covers!

[1 Month Later] There has been no problems during the recovery. However, I do feel like I have to build the muscle groups that help me sound loud and clear.

Music has been on and off. I had Ao no Sumika as a the next cover. However, I'm lost interest now that School has started. Summer blues hit different this year when you're stuck at home lol.

Then the suggestion came to me:

Would you rather get YT Shorts cover previews that were scrapped because of time/energy?
Or
Voice Acting Shorts that were sent, but turned down because someone else was chosen for the role as I'm still a beginner in a sense?

I am on day 8 of recovering. I feel a whole lot better than a couple of days ago. Even though I'm motivated, I know I can't record due to stiches, and rehabilitating my jaw. What I didn't know was that this would affect my diet for an entire month, haha... ah... tragic. BUT- I will be keeping an eye on the seasonal lineup.

I'd like to cover the JJK Season 2 OP, but the official instrumental doesn't drop until the 19th... We'll see how this month plays out!
