Every time AI gets easier, agency owners panic. They should be doing the opposite.

AI agencies have been building automations the hard way — one standalone agent, one workflow, one integration at a time.
I've been installing AI operating systems for founders in person (Cape Town, Bali, and inside my own business) and the difference is massive. When a founder has a workspace that already knows their business and connects to Stripe, their CRM, their ads, their analytics — the path from "I need this automated" to "it's done" shrinks from weeks to hours.

New vlog just dropped!
Took the day off in Cape Town to see how much work I could actually get done from my phone. Rented some Porsches, ate some steak, hit Boulders Beach with the boys and ran my business through Telegram the entire time.
Claude Code on my laptop, Telegram on my phone. The question was simple: can I actually run my business without sitting at a desk?

Part three of the last lock-in is up!
