Today I want to share with you five foods you should be consuming to build more lean muscle as a skinny guy.

As a skinny guy you have a super fast metabolism.

Unfortunately this is completely genetic and you cannot slow down your metabolism.

But what you can do is make sure you feed your fast metabolism with the right foods.

The best way to maximise your muscle building potential is to have a high carb diet.

The reason a high carb diet works so well for our body types is because our bodies are constantly burning off energy.

That includes the carbs we put into our body which means if we don't feed ourselves high amounts of carbs our energy will be depleted.

Your muscles also store carbs which keep them fuller and more vascular which also effects your workouts.

So here are five carbs to include into your diet for maximum results this month.

White rice, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, wholewheat bread and sweet potatoes or white potatoes.

Which just these carb sources you will be able to maximise muscle growth, have more energy during your days and have a way better mood all around.

Plus you will minimise body fat gain by consuming the right ratios of macros in your diet.

Today I want to share with you three easy strategies you can use in the gym to start packing on mass faster.

And if you are serious about gaining thirty pounds plus of muscle in the next couple of months check this out:

The first strategy is called increasing mechanical tension. Basically you aim to lift heavier weights each session and get stronger and this is the first way you can grow faster.

The second strategy is facilitating muscle damage. Through slowing down your reps and keeping your muscle under tension at all times increases muscle damage later resulting in growth.

Lastly you want to increase metabolic stress. This is simply doing higher rep sets sometimes to create more of a burn in your muscles.

By combining these three methods in your training you will be able to see much better results and gain mass much faster.
