Big content day at Real Property Management DC Metro.
This morning I started building out our new Education Hub for owners and HOA board members. Using AI‑generated presenter videos, I scripted and recorded several short clips that are quick to produce, consistent, and look surprisingly close to having a real person on camera.
Today’s work included:
• An HOA Board Education intro for small DC condo and HOA communities (4–50 units)
• A DC Landlord Law basics intro to help local owners avoid common legal mistakes
• A Resident Retention intro focused on keeping great residents longer and reducing turnover
• A Switching Property Managers intro for owners who are frustrated with their current management company
The goal of this series is simple: give busy board members and rental property owners clear, practical information—without the jargon—so you can make better decisions and protect your investments.
