I'm sure that you are already waiting for new live videos, as well as me, but unfortunately the current circumstances do not allow me to do it. We will have to wait, but how long is not clear yet. So far I'm collecting the necessary equipment for shooting, rehearsing a little bit with my band Generic Doom Band Name, and also I've started to realize my own potential as a solo project in ambient/dreamwave genres, so...

Let's get to know each other! My name is Alexander (the guy with the beard in the picture), and the second founder of this project with the luxurious mustache is Taras. When the idea to create this project came to me, I remembered about Taras, dialed him almost immediately and oh wonder, he told me that not so long ago he quit his unloved job (YouTube channel with children's content) and in general dreamed of filming live performances. Seemed like a coincidence, but no, I don't think so :) Of all the cameramen involved in the sAn Live project it is without Taras that I won't go to shoot. During this seemingly short time we have managed to work together so clearly that the transmission of thoughts through the air does not seem something supernatural to us. One of the guest musicians once wondered how it was that there were only two cameras, but when you look at the finished video, it feels like four. But anyway, I'm slowly looking for another stable cameraman so that I can do more amazing live videos.

Greetings!
sAn live project is dedicated to filming live performance in unusual places and aims to spread good music and help the underground to grow.
The project was created in March 2023 by Alexander Belinsky and Taras Osipov in Odessa, Ukraine. The whole organisation and most of the equipment is on Alexander. He also vaults sound, mounts and colors video, deals with social networks and 90% of all the work presented on our YouTube channel is on one person. Participating musicians are paid almost nothing, covering basic fuel and food costs. Our project gives the opportunity to record musicians who can not afford to significantly invest in music.
I aspire to not pay the musicians a penny at all, or even to pay them extra, but at the moment this is not possible. With the war in Ukraine, unemployment has become much more widespread and it has affected me and my family. Having two kids and a voracious dog does not brighten up the situation :) My goal is to make enough money from youtube views to support my family and develop this project. It will happen eventually, but without your help it may take much longer. After all, if I focus on the project and not on survival, it will grow quickly and well.
At the moment the outdoor filming season is over, we are into winter. I have a few options for venues to shoot in, as well as a few music projects to expose them to. Unfortunately external circumstances are shifting the focus away from the sAn live project. Each of you can help the project to become strong and independent, thus giving unknown bands a chance to be heard and seen. One in the field is not a warrior, but if everyone invests a little bit, then together we can make a miracle.
