Been working hard with all the amazing students inside the Protagonist Academy helping them lose weight, get stronger and ultimately build that aesthetic anime physique over the last couple of months.

I’ve also been secretly building something in the background that’s going to be crazy fun for the next cohort who manage to secure their spots.

In 24 hours I’ll be opening up applications again to the public, if you want early access join my waitlist here: protagonist-academy-waitlist.calisthenics-nerd.com…

Wanna know the craziest thing about building an aesthetic anime physique?

Most guys aren’t doing it just for aesthetics.

I’ve trained guys who want to become a strong protector for the people they love.

Guys who want to look like a shredded hero for their kids and inspire other young people around them.

Some guys got a wake-up call after a bad Doctor’s appointment and want to protect their future and time with their loved ones.

Others are simply fed up of being “the skinny guy” or being made fun of.

Finally there are those guys who just know they’re capable of more and they know their physique is what’s holding them back.

Whichever one of these guys you are what’s holding you back?

It’s time to start.

Don’t think “tommorrow”.

Start right NOW, even if it’s only one rep.

You don’t need a perfect workout routine, you don’t need top 1% genetics and you don’t need to wait for the motivation to hit after another hype anime compilation video.

There’s another version of you itching to stand in front of the mirror just 90 days from now.

Stop making excuses, get to work and don't think about whether what you're doing is "optimal" or not, you can optimise as you go.

But if you don’t want to think about it and just follow a monkey brain simple step by step plan to build an anime physique from home just join my Shonen Strength community here: www.calisthenics-nerd.com/join-community-7

If you're looking for the "perfect" workout routine you're actually destroying your anime physique.

Reality is you're using the excuse of needing the "perfect" workout plan to delay what you actually need to do .... WHICH IS PUTTING THE WORK IN.

In todays weeb talk on my new channel ‪@kevinzhangtalks‬ (subscribe if you've been missing weeb talks) I break down why this happens, what you need to do about it and the actual way you need to start working out so you can guarantee you'll end up getting jacked.

Every guy who builds an anime physique goes through the same moment.

The moment where they stop waiting to feel ready and just decide.

Decide to stop starting over every other Monday.

Decide to stop letting one bad day become one bad week.

Decide to stop accepting the body they currently have as permanent and just a result of "bad genetics".

You don't need a new programme.

You don't need the perfect routine.

You need to make the decision and mean it.

What you are not changing is what you are choosing.

Your physique will change the moment you stop asking "am I motivated enough?" and start asking "did I show up today?"

Motivation is just a feeling.

Feelings come and go like fillers in Naruto.

Consistency is a decision you make regardless of how you feel.

You think Jin Woo would be where he is if he didn't show up to the dungeons?

What would happen if Tanjiro never showed up to sword training?

If Saitama never started his 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats and a 10km run he wouldn't be one shotting his enemies.

Every shredded anime nerd standing where you want to be right now made the decision to show up everyday.

So start showing up for yourself and a different version of yourself will be standing in front of the mirror 90 days from now.

Do you ever imagine yourself standing in front of the mirror with a shredded anime physique?

Honestly if this is the only thing that’s “motivating” you to workout, you’re gonna give up at some point if you haven’t already.

The problem isn’t the fact that you want an anime physique.

The problem is you’re not focusing enough on the actions that will actually get you there.

When you’re so focused on standing in front of the mirror with that jacked physique, every time you stand in front of it and it’s not there you’ll end up disappointed and give up when you’re not seeing immediate results.

Reality is, building an anime physique takes time.

You can build one faster with the right program and a solid diet, but consistency is the most important part of your journey.

To become more consistent with your workouts just start small and simple.

Focus on the actions that you do everyday that move you a little bit closer to that anime physique, rather than wishing you looked like Toji standing in front of the mirror.

If you just focus on what you can do everyday: a solid workout, eating better, moving, building better habits, avoiding junk and alcohol …

One day you’ll wake up and when you stand in front of that mirror everything will be different.

But here’s the thing.

Working out on your own and trying to figure out what’s best for you can be difficult.

The reality is, even if you've watched every video on my YouTube channel the chances are you're still struggling with one or more of these things:

1. Consistently working out every week.
2. Choosing the "correct" workout plan to fit around your life.
3. Controlling your diet to either lose fat or gain muscle.
4. Getting your first pullup.

And other factors specific to your lifestyle and work.

Whatever your problem is, there's a solution for it.

I've had students who've been in challenging situations such as:

- Always travelling for work related reasons.
- Being a single Dad of 5 kids with limited time.
- No control when it comes to food or eating habits.

For those who really wanted change, after working out the solutions to their problems they all managed to break their limits, start building muscle and began losing that stubborn fat.

It's why I do a weekly call every week inside my Shonen Strength community to get an idea of exactly what you're struggling with, and then help you solve your problems one by one so you can build an anime physique as fast as possible.

I have a call tomorrow so if you want to join, click this link and look out for the "Weeb QnA + Hangout": www.calisthenics-nerd.com/join-community-5

You'll never feel "100% ready" to start.

Don't use the excuse of "I need to start perfect" to start working on your anime physique.

Start at 50%.

Even at 40%.

Even 1% is better than not starting at all.

Trying to come up with some perfected routine before you do that first rep is actually 0% ... you're not doing a single rep.

So just get started and worry about optimising once you're working out consistently every week.
