We've been loving our summer back home and time has flown by. We ate too much food, laughed, hugged as much as we could, and even explored The Netherlands like we never did before (more on that in our first vlog).

Now we have only a few more days before we fly back to Asia to continue our adventures around the world as a Fulltime Traveling family and we are all so excited for it!

Make sure to follow us here and on our Instagram to not miss it โœจ๐ŸŒ

SPENDING THE DAY AT RAILAY BEACH ๐Ÿ”น This morning Rafael and I went on a trip together to Railay Beach.

It was like stepping into paradise... Rafael kept saying: 'Mommy, am I dreaming?' looking at the beautiful cliffs we saw on the short longtail boat ride. This is the only way to get there, which is probably why this place still holds its charm.

On the beach there are different hiking and mountain climbing spots but the place is also great for just a swim or a drink in the sun. We took the hike up the cliffs to Tansai Beach, which is even more secluded and a great place for climbers.

We hunted for some small crabs and cute shells and ended the day with a freshly squeezed juice in the little town. Walking through the sandy streets with charming shops really shows you why this place is so unique in its vibe and way of living: no worry, no hurry. I can get used to this... โœจ

JAMES BOND HERE WE COME! ๐Ÿ”นWhen you know my mom, you know how much she loves James Bond movies! So we had to give them the once-in-a-lifetime oppertunity of visiting this island where the real 007 spy has been. To touch the sand he's walked on, to feel the cliffs he climbed and to swim in the waters where his sweat.... OK, i'll stop here! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Anyway, this island is called James Bond Island or "Koh Tapu" in Thai meaning "Nail Island" which refers to its tall, narrow shape. The island is known for its distinctive limestone karsts that jut out of the emerald blue waters. They create a unique and dramatic seascape that looks like an artist made it.

On the (very small!) Island you'll find lots of tourists, since this island is the most famous in the whole region. Even though it is low season (rain season) right now we still saw boats coming and going every few seconds. There are also many small shops selling souvenirs for way more then you'll find on the mainland.

There are many caves you can walk through and of course you have the beautiful standing limestone cliff in the water that makes this place so iconic. You have to take a swim there, especially to escape the crowds a bit and really enjoy the views.

My mom looked at me with puppy eyes asking if we really had to leave so soon ๐Ÿฅน... But there are actually many surrounding islands that are just as beautiful and are worth visiting and exploring. Stay tuned to find why! โœŒ๏ธ
