I am Dr. Gaganpreet Gill(PT), a Pediatric Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in this field. I am wife and a mom to a 3year old boy too. I created this page to help parents understand child development so that they can they have less anxiety while raising their little one and detect if any issues to seek help sooner.
There is very less awareness in India related to child development and delays and that’s why many issues go undetected or get detected when it’s a little late.
Now we know that early intervention can help us bring huge changes and that can happen if we detect the problem soon.
Another reason for creating content here is to help new moms and fathers to deal new parenthood challenges as there are many as barely addressed at times even by specialists. There is little family support and many times lot of negativity around child raising. With nuclear families also this support is reducing increasing the stress and anxiety.
