ChatGPT invented an entire person and I almost got fired.
I needed a design contact. ChatGPT said "David Chen" with full confidence. Gave me his email, job title, everything. Completely fake. I spent two days waiting for responses from someone who didn't exist. This is why AI can't be your manager.
